Casserole of venison haunch with chestnuts, sour cherries and red wine
Key ingredients / allergens- venison, onion, red wine, orange juice, carrot, sour cherries, garlic, leek, celery, thyme, juniper allspice, stock, salt, pepper, tomato
Dont forget to go back and add a side of vegetables and potatoes to enjoy along side.
Cooking-reheat in moderate oven in a covered dish or heat gently on top of the stove in a pan with the addition of stock, wine or water to keep moist. Be careful not to let it boil.
