May 2010 - allotments have been allocated and ploughed - digging and planting to follow.
April 2010 - We are now fully located at the new cafe bar bistro at Woodend Barn, Banchory and have been kept busy developing new dishes and evolving systems for efficient operation.
December 2009 - a very busy year of catering at functions and juggling kitchens and equipment, planning the new kitchen at the Barn and sharing food and time with some great function customers as well as some very good musicians.
September 2008 - Calum and Val helped to coordinate a very successful Slow Food tasting evening at the AECC for 800 international delegates at Food Micro 2008
January 2008 – Calum Buchanan was featured on Grassroots preparing game from Finzean Estate and talking to Nancy Nicholson about food sourcing.
